1. Booking & Scheduling

•Appointments must be booked at least 24-48 hours in advance.

•Rush or same-day service may incur additional fees and is subject to availability.

•Clients must ensure the property is photo-ready at the time of the shoot. Photographer is not responsible for staging or cleaning.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

•Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time.

•Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

•No-shows or failure to provide access to the property will result in a full charge.

3. Weather Policy

•In the event of inclement weather, the client may reschedule at no additional cost.

•If the shoot proceeds despite adverse conditions, the photographer is not liable for weather-affected results.

4. Delivery of Images & video

•Edited photos will be delivered within [24–48 hours] via digital download.

•Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.

•All images will be provided in high-resolution JPG format unless otherwise specified.

•Edited videos will be delivered within [48-72 hours] via digital download.

5. Image Rights & Licensing

•The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for marketing the specific property photographed.

•Images may not be sold, altered, or transferred to third parties without written permission.

•The photographer retains full copyright to all images.

6. Payment Terms

•Full payment is due at the time of booking.

•Accepted payment methods include [e.g., credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer].

7. Property Access & On-Site Issues

•The client or their representative must provide access to the property.

•If a property is not accessible or photo-ready, the photographer may reschedule at the client’s expense.

8. Editing & Retouching

•Basic photo editing (lighting, color correction, cropping) is included.

•Additional retouching (object removal, sky replacement, virtual staging) may incur extra charges.

9. Use in Portfolio & Marketing

•The company reserves the right to use images for its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to the shoot.

10. Liability

•The photographer is not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of images.
